This endpoint allows you to fetch instant winback offer for a cancelled subscription
Key points to consider
- Use this API to fetch the instant winback offer available for a cancelled subscription on the storefront.
- Use the
discountIncentiveIdvalue returned by this API as theinstantWinbackOfferIdin the Apply Instant Winback Offer POST API to apply the offer to the subscription. - If a cancelled subscription is eligible for multiple winback offers, this API returns only the offer with the highest priority, as configured in your Loop admin portal.
- If the subscription is not eligible for an instant winback offer, the API returns the message "No winback offer available for the given subscription."
