Instant Winback Offers on APIs

We’ve expanded our APIs to support Instant Winback Offers, making it easier for you to bring winback experiences to your headless customer portals.

We’ve introduced two new API endpoints to implement Instant Winback Offers on your storefront:

List Instant Winback Offer API : Fetches the winback offer applicable to a cancelled subscription
Apply Instant Winback Offer API : Reactivates a cancelled subscription with the fetched offer applied.

With these APIs, you can now implement Instant Winback Offers directly on headless customer portal.
