Prepaid Credit Management via APIs

You can now adjust credits for prepaid subscription using Loop APIs

We’ve released support for prepaid credit management via APIs, making it easier to manage prepaid subscriptions programmatically.

Adjust prepaid credits - Now update the prepaid credit balance using the new API endpoint. This endpoint allows you to either set a final prepaid credit amount or add or deduct specific credits in a prepaid subscription. You can also add a reason for adjustment to keep logs of these adjustments.
Prepaid subscription details - Read subscription details APIs now have a prepaid object showing details like available credits, total prepaid cycles, order left in a prepaid cycle, if the subscription is marked for cancellation.

These details are present in both admin and storefront APIs in API version: 2026-04
